Cooking Instructions
  1. Wash, peel, and cube the small to medium-sized potatoes. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Air fry the seasoned potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket periodically.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the cubed chicken breasts into uniform pieces and season generously with the spices.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant before adding the Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
  6. Gently toss the air-fried potatoes into the skillet with the chicken, ensuring every piece is coated in the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover the skillet to melt it or place it under the broiler for a few minutes.
