How to Make Lemon Pizza
- Prepare Dough: Start by preparing your no-knead pizza dough in advance according to the recipe.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) or its highest setting.
- Slice Cheese: Slice fresh mozzarella into ½ inch thick pieces and blot dry with a paper towel.
- Shape Dough: Press out the prepared dough into a rectangular shape, roughly 9x13 inches.
- Make the Brine: Mix together olive oil, water, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a jar.
- Assemble Pizza: Dimple the dough, pour the brine evenly over it, and layer on the mozzarella slices.
- Bake Pizza: Bake for about 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve: Drizzle more lemon juice, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and parsley, and add black pepper to taste.
