  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Fine Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Cheese
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella sliced
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese optional
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

How to Make Lemon Pizza
  1. Prepare Dough: Start by preparing your no-knead pizza dough in advance according to the recipe.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) or its highest setting.
  3. Slice Cheese: Slice fresh mozzarella into ½ inch thick pieces and blot dry with a paper towel.
  4. Shape Dough: Press out the prepared dough into a rectangular shape, roughly 9x13 inches.
  5. Make the Brine: Mix together olive oil, water, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a jar.
  6. Assemble Pizza: Dimple the dough, pour the brine evenly over it, and layer on the mozzarella slices.
  7. Bake Pizza: Bake for about 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Serve: Drizzle more lemon juice, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and parsley, and add black pepper to taste.
