How to Make Cheesy Chicken Fajita Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts in a baking dish with fajita seasoning and vegetable oil.
  3. Layer sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the seasoned chicken, topping with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is bubbly.
