- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Drain excess grease, add chopped onion and garlic powder to the beef. Cook until onions are soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the meat mixture, eggs, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until blended.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with pickles and sesame seeds if desired.
