  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Let it soften for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese Swap for sharp cheddar for more intense flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Dill Pickles Feel free to replace with relish if preferred.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds For garnish, can be omitted.
For Toppings (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Dill Pickles For garnish.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional for presentation.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. Drain excess grease, add chopped onion and garlic powder to the beef. Cook until onions are soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the meat mixture, eggs, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until blended.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with pickles and sesame seeds if desired.
