Method
 

Instructions

  2. Steam the cauliflower for about 20 minutes until soft, then mash it gently in a large bowl.
  3. Melt the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese into the mixture, then pour it over the mashed cauliflower and mix well.
  5. Transfer to the casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and chopped bacon.
