How to Make the Best Bread Pudding Recipe
  1. Soak the raisins in rum for about 1-2 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  3. In a large bowl, mix half of the milk with the bread cubes, pressing down until soaked.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, remaining milk, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Fold into soaked bread and mix in raisins.
