Cooking Instructions
  1. Prep Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker, ensuring they're evenly arranged.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
  3. Dump & Cook: Pour the prepared creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, and add the chicken broth.
  4. Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. Shred & Serve: Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks and stir until creamy.
