  • 1 jar (8 oz) Sun-dried tomatoes Provides sweet-tart flavor.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil or avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook cubed chicken breast seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Whisk together coconut cream, chicken broth, nutritional yeast, oregano, and starch until smooth.
  4. Chop sun-dried tomatoes after draining and blotting.
  5. Mix cooked chicken with chopped tomatoes and sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Simmer and thicken the mixture for about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over cauliflower rice or roasted veggies and garnish with basil if desired.
