  • 8 oz Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce adjust to taste
For the Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 1 Egg beaten
For Serving (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, rotisserie chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and buffalo sauce until blended.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry to a 9x12 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture over the pastry, leaving a ½ inch border, and brush the border with beaten egg.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 12 pieces. Place on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Top each roll with reserved chicken mixture and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes.
  8. For air fryer, assemble and air fry at 325°F for 10-12 minutes, adding reserved mixture halfway through.
