Basic Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, rotisserie chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and buffalo sauce until blended.
- Roll out the puff pastry to a 9x12 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the pastry, leaving a ½ inch border, and brush the border with beaten egg.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 12 pieces. Place on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Top each roll with reserved chicken mixture and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes.
- For air fryer, assemble and air fry at 325°F for 10-12 minutes, adding reserved mixture halfway through.
