For the Ravioli Layers
  • 1 package Cheese Ravioli Swap with butternut squash ravioli for a seasonal spin.
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese is a suitable alternative if ricotta is unavailable.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese For a stronger flavor, use provolone cheese instead.

How to Make Lazy Crockpot Lasagna
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Stir in your pasta sauce, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning with the cooked sausage until everything is well combined.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the sausage sauce mixture on the bottom of your slow cooker.
  4. Layer half of the cheese ravioli over the sauce, followed by ⅓ of the meat sauce and dollops of ricotta. Repeat for two additional layers.
  5. Finish by generously topping the final layer with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and set it on High for 4 hours or Low for 6-7 hours. Serve hot and enjoy.
