How to Make McGriddle Bites
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix the pancake mix, water, and maple syrup in a large bowl until just combined.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese.
