- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with your muffin tin placed inside.
- In a blender, combine the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven, and add ½ tablespoon of melted butter to each cup.
- Fill each cup of the muffin tin about ¾ full with the pancake batter.
- Place the muffin tin back in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pancakes are puffed and golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
