Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken legs with minced onion, salt, and pepper to enhance their flavor.
  2. Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker and carefully add the seasoned chicken legs.
  3. Mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce in a separate bowl, then pour this sauce over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken legs and whisk together cornstarch with water, then stir this mixture into the sauce.
  6. Return the chicken legs to the slow cooker and switch the setting to high for an additional 20 minutes.
