  • 1 medium Sweet Potato Cooked and diced; can substitute with other veggies.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Can try cheddar, gouda, or parmesan.
  • 2 tablespoons Spring Onions Optional for garnish.

Instructions
  1. Preheat your skillet by placing it on high heat or preheating your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the hot skillet, swirling it around to coat the bottom evenly.
  3. Pour the sourdough discard into the skillet, spreading it into a thin, even layer.
  4. Let the crust cook for about 2 minutes until it sets and is easy to lift.
  5. Carefully move the cooked crust onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce over the crust, followed by shredded chicken, sweet potatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven set to 425°F (220°C) and bake for around 10 minutes.
  8. Slice your pizza into portions and enjoy it immediately for the best texture and flavor.
