Method
 

Preparation

  3. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.

  5. Press the crust mixture generously onto the top of each fillet, aiming for a 1/4-inch thick layer.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
