Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until resembling wet sand.
- Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and arrange the halibut fillets on the sheet.
- Press the crust mixture generously onto the top of each fillet, aiming for a 1/4-inch thick layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
