Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar, and flour in a large bowl. Let sit for a few minutes.
  3. Mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Blend in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish and evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over it.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
