Basic Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar, and flour in a large bowl. Let sit for a few minutes.
- Mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Blend in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish and evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over it.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, ideally with ice cream or whipped cream.
