Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine ground chicken, milk, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with cooked long cut noodles. Spread spaghetti sauce evenly over the noodles.
- Arrange baked meatballs over the sauce, followed by slices of provolone and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella.
- Sprinkle additional Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
