  • 8 ounces Provolone Cheese Mozzarella is a fine substitute.
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Consider fresh mozzarella for creamier texture.
  • 1/2 cup Additional Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs Mix with olive oil for extra crunch.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Parsley can be used if basil isn’t available.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ground chicken, milk, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with cooked long cut noodles. Spread spaghetti sauce evenly over the noodles.
  5. Arrange baked meatballs over the sauce, followed by slices of provolone and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle additional Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
