How to Make Keto Greek Meatballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.

  3. Shape the mixture into uniform balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until browned and cooked through (internal temp should reach 160°F/70°C).
  5. While the meatballs bake, warm the sugar-free marinara in a saucepan over low heat.
  6. Serve the meatballs hot, drizzled with the sauce, alongside low-carb sides like zucchini noodles or salad.
