Batter Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, pure pumpkin, sugar, and cooking oil until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just blended.
- Pour the batter into an ungreased 15x10 inch baking pan, smoothing it out evenly. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
