Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes and broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper on the sheet pan. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Slice the sausage and brown them in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the browned sausage to the sheet pan with the roasted vegetables. Drizzle with honey garlic sauce and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
