Equipment

  • Grill
  • oven
  • Wooden Skewers

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the cubed chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything until the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
  2. Take your soaked wooden skewers and carefully thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer, making about 10 skewers in total.
  3. Reserve half of the firecracker sauce in a separate bowl for later use. Brush the remaining sauce generously on the chicken before cooking to enhance flavor.
Cooking Methods
  1. Air fry at 400°F for about 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Arrange the skewers on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, brushing with firecracker sauce after baking.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high and grill each skewer for approximately 8-10 minutes on each side, ensuring they're cooked through. Brush with the firecracker sauce post-cooking.
  4. Serve your skewers hot, drizzled with the reserved firecracker sauce, and garnished with crushed red pepper and chopped parsley.
