Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups Leftover stuffing Any type of stuffing can be used.
  • 2 cups Leftover cooked turkey (shredded/chopped) Use any leftover turkey.
  • 1–2 pieces Eggs Start with 1 egg; add another if needed.
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese Enhances flavor and texture.
  • Salt & pepper To taste.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko or regular) For coating the balls.
  • Cooking oil or spray For frying or baking.
Optional Add-Ins
  • Chopped green onions or parsley For added freshness.
  • 1 teaspoon Cranberry sauce A sweet surprise in the center.
  • Shredded cheese For extra gooeyness.
  • ½ cup Leftover mashed potatoes Optional addition to the mixture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine leftover stuffing, chopped or shredded turkey, 1 egg, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until ingredients form a firm, sticky dough. Adjust consistency by adding more stuffing or breadcrumbs if too loose, or another egg if too dry.
Forming the Balls
  1. Using your hands or a scoop, roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls. You should get about 12–16 balls, depending on size.
Coating
  1. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Choose your cooking method:
  2. Option 1: Bake - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place balls on a greased baking sheet, spray or brush with oil, and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Option 2: Air Fry - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C), lightly spray balls with oil, and cook in batches for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Option 3: Pan-Fry - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the balls for 3–4 minutes per side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. You can freeze uncooked or cooked balls for up to 2 months. Reheat by baking or air-frying from frozen at 375°F (190°C).
