Ingredients
  

For the Pastries
  • 500 g Puff pastry
  • 400 g Ground meat Can substitute with chicken, turkey, or vegetarian options.
  • 1 pieces Onion Chopped.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 pieces Egg Beaten, for brushing pastries.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped.
For the Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation of Pastries
  1. Roll out the puff pastry to about 3 mm thick and cut out circles with a diameter of approximately 10 cm.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion until translucent, then add minced garlic and ground meat. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the meat is fully browned.
  3. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the meat filling on each pastry circle, fold them in half, and seal the edges.
Baking
  1. Arrange the pastries on a baking sheet, brush them with beaten egg, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Garlic Sauce Preparation
  1. Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing yogurt with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
