Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups warm water Make sure it is warm but not too hot.
Topping Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into sticks.
  3. Place the sticks on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
