- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and cut into 3mm thick half-moons. Finely slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, toss the cucumber slices, red onions, and dill. Pour the dressing over and mix until well-coated.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
