  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Invest in quality oil to enhance flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Apple cider vinegar can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 clove Garlic Use sparingly as it can overpower other ingredients.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to your taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and cut into 3mm thick half-moons. Finely slice the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cucumber slices, red onions, and dill. Pour the dressing over and mix until well-coated.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
