How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Warm a small amount of coconut oil until melted and coat the banana slices.
- Gently toss the oil-coated banana slices in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 300°F (150°C).
- Place the banana slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the banana slices for 15-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Once done, transfer the banana chips to a wire rack to cool.
