  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil Melted, can substitute with butter
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar Can use a sugar alternative for lower calories
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Add cayenne pepper for a spicy kick
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances overall flavor

How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips
  1. Peel and slice the ripe bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Warm a small amount of coconut oil until melted and coat the banana slices.
  4. Gently toss the oil-coated banana slices in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Set your air fryer to preheat at 300°F (150°C).
  6. Place the banana slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook the banana slices for 15-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  8. Once done, transfer the banana chips to a wire rack to cool.
