Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- Cut the ham and cheese slices into quarters so they fit neatly between two crackers.
- Lay 24 crackers flat-side down on the baking sheet. Top each with one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese.
- Place another cracker on top (flat-side up) to form a mini sandwich.
Butter Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
Baking
- Using a pastry brush, generously coat the tops of the sandwiches with the butter mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the crackers are golden and fragrant.
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes
These sandwiches are versatile; swap Swiss for cheddar or add pickles for extra flavor. They can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
