  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Fresh may be substituted using half the amount.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary Use fresh instead, just halve the quantity.

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil Use fresh if available, halve the amount.
Thickening Ingredient
  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour Substitute with gluten-free 1:1 flour or tapioca flour.

Cooking Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, add cubed chicken and sauté for about 10 minutes until lightly browned.
  2. Combine diced onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and diced celery into the pan. Sauté for an additional 10 minutes until softened and aromatic.
  3. Stir in dried spices, flour, and chicken broth to the mixture. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously until bubbling and starting to thicken.
  4. Whisk in room temperature milk gradually while stirring constantly to thicken beautifully and create a creamy texture.
  5. Fold in the frozen peas and corn. Cook until heated through, and then your filling is ready to serve.
