  • 500 ml Piwo (beer) Use a beer you enjoy drinking.
  • 2 sztuki Cebula (onions) Slice into wedges.
  • 3 ząbki Czosnek (garlic) Chop finely.
  • 2 łyżki Musztarda (mustard)
  • to taste Czarny pieprz (black pepper)
  • 2 sztuki Liść laurowy (bay leaves)
  • 1 łyżka Olej roślinny (vegetable oil) For frying.

Preparation
  1. Start by choosing a good, fresh sausage. This will greatly influence the final taste.
  2. Prepare your ingredients: slice the onions into wedges and chop the garlic finely.
Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the sausage and fry until it becomes slightly brown.
  2. Next, add the onions and garlic to the pan.
  3. Pour in the beer, add the mustard, bay leaves, and black pepper.
  4. Mix everything well and let it cook on low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, slice the sausage into pieces and serve it with the sauce and caramelized onions.
