  3. Set Chicken Aside: Once the chicken is perfectly golden, remove it from the skillet and set it aside on a plate. If the skillet looks dry, drizzle in a bit more olive oil.
  4. Sauté Onion and Garlic: In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until they become soft and fragrant, making sure not to burn the garlic, about 2-3 minutes.
