Ingredients

For the Pork Chops
  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops (about 1–1.5 inches thick) Use bone-in for better moisture retention.
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom for a twist.
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 0.5 cup water or chicken broth Optional for a thinner sauce.
For Serving
  • Mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles Choose your preferred serving option.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and ranch dressing mix. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add ½ cup of water or broth and stir until smooth.
  2. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker in an even layer. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the top, coating each chop well.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and easily pulled apart with a fork.
Serving
  1. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Spoon that creamy ranch sauce right over the top and garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.

Notes

For perfect pork chops: Use bone-in chops for juiciness, check for doneness around the 5-hour mark on LOW, and consider a cornstarch slurry for a thicker sauce.
