Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and ranch dressing mix. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add ½ cup of water or broth and stir until smooth.
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker in an even layer. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the top, coating each chop well.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and easily pulled apart with a fork.
Serving
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Spoon that creamy ranch sauce right over the top and garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
