Preparation
- Wash and hull the strawberries. If using frozen ones, let them soften for a couple of minutes so they blend more easily. Slice the banana and get everything ready on your counter.
- Place the strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract into your blender. Add ice cubes for a thicker, frostier texture.
Blending
- Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed to make sure everything blends evenly.
- Taste your smoothie! Add more honey if you prefer it sweeter, or a splash of milk if it’s too thick. Blend again for a few seconds until it’s just right.
Serving
- Pour your smoothie into a tall glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a mint leaf for that café-style finish.
- Take a sip — it’s pure sunshine in a glass!
