How to Make Crockpot Sausage Casserole
  1. Wash and dice your potatoes into bite-sized pieces, chop the onion and bell pepper, and slice the sausage.
  2. Combine the sliced sausage, diced potatoes, chopped vegetables, diced tomatoes (with their juices), chicken broth, and paprika in the crockpot.
  3. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 5–6 hours until the potatoes are fork-tender.
