  • 1-2 drops Oregano oil Dilute in a glass of water or juice.

  • 1 part Oregano oil Mix with a carrier oil
  • 3 parts Carrier oil (olive, coconut, or almond) Use at a 1:3 ratio for topical application.

Method
 

Internal Use
  1. Always dilute oregano oil, never take it undiluted by mouth.
  2. Add 1–2 drops to a glass of water or juice once or twice a day.
  3. Limit use to 7–10 days at a time unless advised by a health professional.
Topical Use
  1. Mix oregano oil with a carrier oil at a 1:3 ratio.
  2. Perform a patch test before applying to larger skin areas.
  3. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or sensitive skin.
