Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Spread batter into the pan and bake 22–25 minutes until slightly underbaked in the center.
  6. Cool completely, then chill brownies for at least 1 hour.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  8. Cut brownies into bars and dip each piece into melted chocolate.
  9. Place dipped bars on parchment and chill until the coating sets.
  10. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or chilled.
