Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep the Vegetables

Wash, peel if needed, and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
For harder vegetables like carrots or broccoli, blanch in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then drain.

2. Cook the Garlic Butter Base

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds, stirring constantly until fragrant.

3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add vegetables to the skillet, starting with the harder ones. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
