Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook until fully done.
  3. Rest the chicken briefly, then shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place chicken and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold tortillas into wraps, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.
  6. Cook wraps in a skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted.
