Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 wrappers egg roll wrappers
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter until caramelized.
  3. Combine beef with vegetables and let the mixture cool.
  4. Place cheese and filling on egg roll wrappers and roll tightly.
  5. Fry egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
