Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, pepper, and honey until smooth.
  2. Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Combine pecans, cranberries, and parsley on a plate.
  4. Roll chilled cheese ball in coating mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
