Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg white and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk flour, cornstarch, and salt, then gradually mix into the dough.
  5. Pipe dough onto prepared baking sheets using a star tip.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely.
  7. Dip or drizzle cooled cookies with melted chocolate and allow to set.
