Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in cream and reserved pasta water. Add beef back to skillet.
- Add pasta and toss to coat. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and parsley.
