Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add chia seeds to a glass or jar.
  2. Pour in water or milk and stir well to prevent clumping.
  3. Let sit for 10–15 minutes, stirring once or twice, until gel-like.
  4. Add lemon juice or sweetener if using, stir, and drink.
