Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak, sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice steak into strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar in a small bowl.
  3. Heat grill pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Add steak strips in a single layer and sear until charred.
  5. Flip steak, cook briefly, then add honey glaze.
  6. Toss steak in glaze until caramelized, then remove from heat.
