  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix cake mix and melted butter, then press firmly into a pie dish. Chill briefly.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and chopped strawberries.
  4. Spread filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  5. Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
