  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • shredded coconut (optional)

Method
 

  1. Warm the coconut milk in a small saucepan until smooth and fully blended.
  2. Sift in the cocoa powder and whisk until velvety and lump-free.
  3. Stir in the sweetener, vanilla, coconut oil, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Cool slightly, then refrigerate until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Scoop small portions and roll into bites, coating with coconut or cocoa if desired.
