  • 4–5 whole whole cloves
  • 1 cup hot water
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 slice fresh ginger for extra flavor and benefits
  • ½ tsp cinnamon for extra flavor and benefits

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add cloves to hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Strain and sip warm, ideally in the morning or before meals.
  3. Drink 1 cup daily (not more than 2).
