Preparation
- Gather all the ingredients and chop the walnuts. Toast them in a dry pan until fragrant.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Then add the melted butter and vanilla extract, followed by the cooled coffee.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until smooth.
Baking
- Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
- Once baked, cool the cake and decorate with a coffee glaze or additional walnuts as desired.
