  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced Adjust amount to taste.
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed) Fresh is recommended over bottled juice.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Can substitute with herbs like thyme or dill.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat.
Cooking
  1. Place the cod fillets in the greased baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
