  • 2 cans Crescent Dough Sheets Alternatives include pizza dough

How to Make Breakfast Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, diced red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper. Scramble the mixture in a skillet over medium heat until set, then set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Open the crescent dough sheets and pinch the edges together to create a rectangular shape.
  4. Spread the whipped chive and onion cream cheese over the dough evenly.
  5. Layer the cooled scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese evenly.
  6. Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place the rolls in your prepared pan and bake for 24-26 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, optionally brushed with melted butter and garnished with fresh parsley.
