How to Make Breakfast Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, diced red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper. Scramble the mixture in a skillet over medium heat until set, then set aside to cool slightly.
- Open the crescent dough sheets and pinch the edges together to create a rectangular shape.
- Spread the whipped chive and onion cream cheese over the dough evenly.
- Layer the cooled scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese evenly.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in your prepared pan and bake for 24-26 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally brushed with melted butter and garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
Refrigerate unbaked rolls overnight for convenience. Reheat from frozen in the oven for best results.
