  1. Cook your bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels and crumble. Cut your boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
  2. In your greased 6-quart crock pot, place half of the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom. Follow this with half of the crumbled bacon and a generous third of your shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Layer the uncooked chicken cubes on top of the cheese, sprinkle the ranch seasoning over it, and dot with cream cheese. Add the remaining bacon and finish with another layer of cheese.
  4. Spread the rest of the frozen tater tots evenly on top of the mixture. Pour your milk gently over the entire casserole to ensure even moisture.
  5. Cover with a paper towel, then place the lid on to absorb moisture (so your tots stay crispy!). Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
